Please read the guidelines below carefully.
1. Books (Physical and E-books) All of our books are sold and fulfilled through third-party retailers (such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, and Walmart).
We do not handle the inventory, shipping, or customer service for book orders.
If you need to return a book, request a refund, or report a damaged book, please contact the customer service department of the retailer where you made your purchase. Their individual return policies will apply.
2. Merchandise (Notebooks, Prints, etc.) All merchandise sold directly through our website store is custom-made using a Print-on-Demand service. Because these items are created specifically for you when you place an order, our policy is as follows:
Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or order the wrong item. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
3. How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item If there is an issue with your merchandise order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. To speed up the resolution process, please email us at Contact Emailwith the following information:
Your order number.
A clear photograph of the damaged or defective item.
A brief description of the issue.
Once we receive your email and verify the defect, we will process a replacement or refund immediately.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the postal carrier. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at Contact Email, and we will do our best to help you track it down or work with the print provider to find a solution.
